Delivery Policy

Danila Giannetto Jewellery offers free delivery on all orders.

All jewellery is made by hand and to order and so can take 3-4 weeks for the item to be despatched. If a product is bought from the ‘Ready to Ship’ range it will be despatched within 2 working days.

Orders are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Signed For within the UK, depending on the value of the order.

International orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Import VAT/Sales taxes, customs duties and fees and handling charges are not included with delivery and the customer will be liable for any amounts charged by the destination country.

Tracking information will be sent to the customer upon despatch of the order.

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days. You may return the jewellery in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days from receipt of your order.

All products to be returned must be in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. Please email us before returning any jewellery so we know to look out for your parcel. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear.

The following type of products may not be returned under this policy:

  • Any product that is made to commission

  • Any product that has been adjusted or resized

  • Any product that has been personalised or adapted in any other way

  • Gift vouchers

We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 7 days of receipt of the return.
